About us

The Veritas Agency is a fully insured, bonded, and state licensed investigation, process service, and security agency located in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Founded by a former US Army Counter Intelligence Special Agent and Corporate Intelligence Professional, Veritas brings a higher level of service and professionalism to the legal support service market within Oklahoma.

Our personnel, and those we partner with, have decades of investigative experience within governmental agencies and corporate settings.

What we offer

Private Investigations 

The Veritas Agency provides many different types of investigative services to provide peace of mind when our clients may need it most. 

We specialize in civil and domestic investigations, missing persons, employee background checks, skip traces, in-house investigations, and asset checks. We have worked with various state entities, and proudly maintain a positive relationship with municipal, county and state law enforcement. 

In a field where situations are ever-evolving, we only practice those established methodologies recognized by CLEET and allowed by Oklahoma state statute. 

Within those guidelines, our approach is determined based on the client's requirements, and our vision to always be a part of our client's success. 

Process Service 

The Veritas Agency has become the process service agency of choice for many firms throughout Oklahoma; bringing added value to our clients with every document delivered.


As a representative of our clients, all serves are handled in a professional and courteous manner, without exception.


In addition to the standard return of service, clients receive a date/time/GPS stamped photograph of the location where the serve occurred, as well as a still frame from the process server’s body camera showing the individual served. The full video of service is retained in the event the client should request it.


These additional verifications are included as standard Agency practice. 


Security Services

The Veritas Agency can provide scalable security solutions to meet anything from individual needs to corporate requirements.  

These services include personal security, site security, special events, and transportation security. We also offer  information and physical security consultation and auditing for businesses, as well as security awareness training for the same.
Confidentiality
Unless court ordered, all stages of the investigation are kept confidential, from initial inquiry to case completion.
